The idea

Training and nutrition are one system.

What you lift, what you eat and what you burn are one plan. GainzMate turns every meal into the numbers your training runs on.

Point.Shoot.Logged.

One photo, or one sentence. The AI does the rest.

01 · AI-Powered Logging

Log it in seconds.
Built for lifters.

Snap it, describe it or scan it. GainzMate splits the meal into foods, sizes each portion and drafts the macros, and you check every item before it's saved.

Your numbers stick

Type "750 kcal" or "P35" and GainzMate keeps your figure over its own.

Protein first

Your daily protein target stays in view from the first log.

02 · Train Together

Gains are a team sport.

Share meals with your gym buddies, back each other with likes, kudos and comments, and see who's most consistent. Friends only.

Ranked on consistency

Friends-only leaderboards for consistency, streaks and protein. Never bodyweight.

Steal a good meal

Save a friend's meal to your favorites or log it straight from the feed.

03 · Smart Reminders

Nudges that know your routine.

GainzMate learns when you usually eat and speaks up only when a meal is missing, protein is behind or a streak is at risk. Turn each type on or off anytime.

iOS notification from GainzMate: Time to log. Nothing logged yet today. First meal in 30 seconds, tops.
iOS notification from GainzMate: Lunch not logged yet? You usually have it in by 1:15 PM. Add it while it's fresh.
iOS notification from GainzMate: 41 g protein to go. Greek yogurt, a shake, or chicken gets you close.
iOS notification from GainzMate: 12-day streak on the line. You usually log by 8:15 PM, one log saves it. Anything counts.
iOS notification from GainzMate: sam commented on your meal. Solid protein on that plate. What was the marinade?

Missed a meal?

If lunch isn't logged by your usual time, one nudge follows. Already logged it? Nothing.

Protein and streak saves

A heads-up before dinner when protein is short, and a warning before a streak breaks.

Never noisy

At most four reminders a day, at least two hours apart, and none right after you've used the app.

04 · Eaten vs Burned

Know if you're really in a deficit.

Connect Apple Health and GainzMate puts what you've burned next to what you've eaten, so your cut or bulk is something you can see, not guess.

GainzMate Energy Balance sheet: a 770 kcal surplus so far today, from 2,291 kcal eaten against 1,520 kcal burned, made up of 1,200 kcal resting and 320 kcal active energy from Apple HealthGainzMate Insights Energy Balance card for 20 to 26 October: an average of 100 kcal a day below maintenance, deficit bars on three days, and an estimated weight change of about minus 0.1 kg

Calories burned are estimates, labelled by where they come from. What you burn never changes your targets on its own, and your Apple Health readings stay on your iPhone.

Burned so far

Resting plus active energy from Apple Health, updated through the day. Workouts are already counted in active energy, so nothing is counted twice.

The trend that matters

Energy Balance charts your days, weeks and months, with an estimated weight change for the period beside your Apple Health weigh-ins.
